At Agresa, we are very concerned about the job security of our workers. We believe that to make their work in optimal conditions, they must be in good health. Therefore, the security measures that we decide to adopt are those to ensure that these workers do not suffer any damage or injury in their daily tasks.
What does the law say about job security?
According to article 22 of Law 31/1995 on the prevention of occupational risks, the employer is the one that has the obligation to guarantee safety and an efficient surveillance service to all its workers. All measures will be adopted according to the specific risks of each job. On the other hand, in some cases, the worker is obliged by law to pass a medical review every so often. The annual medical review of workers
Work safety is as important as the health of people. It is good to know that all the workers in your company are entitled to an annual medical check-up that must always be at the employer’s expense.
Second, the worker must be very clear that the results of this test are strictly confidential and do not have to communicate them to your company, unless they have revealed any disease that prevents you from doing your job normally.
