How to achieve a good working environment in the company?

It seems like a cliché, but in our company what we want for our employees is to look for them to be happier, to be satisfied and fulfilled with their work and their daily efforts. Fruit of a society that has most of its needs covered, the search for personal well-being floods everything.
But what is it to be happy at work? We would say that it is when someone is satisfied with their tasks and with the work environment in which they perform them. It depends not only on their instant happiness, but also on their desires and illusions towards work, as well as the desire to continue moving forward, learning and enjoying the environment.
These questions lead us to an obvious reasoning: efficient teams are not only formed with a good selection of personnel, but with an adequate motivation that achieves the best of each one.
For this reason, people cannot be alone. It is necessary that their motivation is reflected in results that encourage them to continue enjoying the tasks they perform. And they must be part of a team. We live in an individualized society that sometimes does not make us see that we are part of a group, that our efforts can serve to help the partner on the side.
Going to work is one of the things we do the most throughout the year. Hours, days, meetings, debates… In this way, at Agresa we believe that in order to have a good social environment it is essential to talk to colleagues, listen, share opinions and ideas and do activities outside the working environment such as joint celebrations, dinners and lunches or team building games.
The main conclusion to achieve a good working environment for us is simple: you must combine talent + productivity, which are linked to a good working environment. And that work environment must enhance the relationship between the people who are part of it.
